Registration for the event is available at this link until May 31st June 7^th 2025 _{^{(NEW DATE!).}}

Registrations Fees
A – Regular Non-Student: EUR 100
B – Ph.D. Student: EUR 50
C – Attendance-only Non-students EUR 20
D – Attendance-only Students: EUR 5

• Authors whose abstracts were accepted for presentation can only choose between Registration Fees A and B and must register from the 14^th of April to May 31st June 7^th 2025 _{^{(NEW DATE!)}}.
• For abstracts with more than one author, only the presenting Author must register (registration A or B).
• Other people attending the conference, including second or more authors of an accepted abstract, must register as Attendance-only (Registration C or D).
• The above fees are non-refundable. This is because once you register, we will be liable for the costs.
• Members of ICNOVA and CICANT – please contact the research center on how to register.
• All registered participants will be given a participation certificate.
• The Organizing Committee cannot provide funding for traveling and lodging expenses.
